Welcome to HerSpace. By using our app or website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Who Can Join
HerSpace is a women-only community for adults aged 18 and above. By creating an account, you confirm that you identify as a woman and are at least 18 years old.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- Your pseudonym is assigned to protect your anonymity — treat it with care.
- One account per person.
3. Community Standards
HerSpace is a judgment-free sanctuary. You agree NOT to:
- Post content that is hateful, abusive, or discriminatory
- Victim-blame, shame, or minimize others' experiences
- Share another member's private information without consent
- Attempt to de-anonymize other members
- Use the platform to harass, stalk, or harm anyone
- Post spam, advertising, or irrelevant commercial content
- Impersonate mentors, moderators, or Ayesha Akhtar
4. AI Moderation
All content is screened by automated AI moderation. Content that violates our community standards may be removed without notice. Repeated violations will result in account suspension.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Prices are in INR: ₹299/month, ₹799/quarter, ₹2,999/year.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except as required by law.
- To cancel, use your device's subscription settings.
6. Mental Health Disclaimer
HerSpace is a peer support community and is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services or a licensed professional. The Lighthouse Flare feature connects you with volunteer mentors — not licensed therapists.
7. Intellectual Property
The HerSpace name, brand, and content created by Ayesha Akhtar are protected. You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a license to display it within the platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
